Artist profile, explained
Is an artist profile free to use?
Yes. markmy.art artist profiles are free for artists. You can add as many artworks as you like and customise your profile without limits.
Is my data secure?
We use encrypted connections, secure authentication, signed upload links, and infrastructure access controls to protect your account and uploads. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Artwork images and details you publish on your public profile are visible by design. You can edit or delete your profile and artworks from your account.
Do I keep the copyright to my artwork?
Yes. You retain all copyright and ownership rights in your artwork and creative content. Uploading an image does not transfer those rights to markmy.art.
We include your artist copyright statement on your profile pages. You only give us the limited permission needed to store and display your content and operate the pages you choose to publish. We do not sell your creative content or use it for advertising or AI model training.
How can I upload my full artwork catalogue?
You can import artworks directly from Shopify, Big Cartel, Wix, Squarespace, and other supported platforms. If your catalogue is stored elsewhere or in a CSV file, contact us and we’ll help you get your profile set up faster.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export all of your data at any time. You can also delete your artist profile from your account.
